Widerrufsrecht

Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them to us for a full refund. Returns shipped after the 7 days will be eligible for store credit. Custom-made orders are not eligible for refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, it is required to provide pictures prior to receiving a return instruction. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@enviousdesigns.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Orders shipped 4 days after a return label has been created will not be accepted.

Items returned in a damaged or used condition will be considered non-refundable.

If a custom-made dress needs to be remade, it is the customer's responsibility to return the original dress. Failure to do so will result in additional billing.

Shipping

We are not liable for any order that do not deliver on time, if the carrier extends the delivery date. You may contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

Custom Orders

Custom-made orders are non-refundable items. Changes must be submitted within one week of purchase with 1-2 weeks’ delay on shipping once the change request has been approved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We are not responsible for damages or stolen goods after delivery.

Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback. The customer is responsible for chargeback fees.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
