Envious Designs – Business Policies

Returns

  • Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the delivery date to ship them back for a full refund.

  • Returns shipped after 7 days will only be eligible for store credit.

  • Custom-made orders and Ready to Ship items are non-refundable.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately at support@enviousdesigns.shop.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  2. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Photos of the item are required before return instructions will be provided.

To start a return:

  • Email support@enviousdesigns.shop.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Do not return items without requesting a return first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Orders must be shipped within 4 days after a return label has been created.

  • Items returned in a damaged or used condition are non-refundable.

If a custom-made dress must be remade, the original dress must be returned. Failure to return the original will result in additional billing.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not in saleable condition or are damaged. All items undergo quality control prior to shipping; customers are responsible for any damage after delivery.


Return Fees & Restocking

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees for any rejected returns.

  • 15% restocking fee applies to any orders rejected upon delivery (including shipping charges) before store credit is issued. This includes returns due to address errors.

  • 13% restocking fee applies to all returned items before credit is issued.

  • 20% fee applies to items returned with rips or stains. Please try on clothing without fragrance, makeup, or lotions.

  • Store credit will be issued for any order returned by the post office for any reason, including address issues.

  • Maximum two (2) returns per order may be approved.

  • Returns due to personal preference will not be accepted.

  • Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.


Shipping

  • Envious Designs is not responsible for damaged items in the mail, lost or stolen packages, or late deliveries caused by the carrier.

  • You may contact the carrier directly to open a claim for delayed or lost shipments.


Custom Orders

  • Custom-made orders are non-refundable.

  • Any changes must be submitted within 1 week of purchase.

  • Approved changes may result in a 1–2 week shipping delay.


Ready to Ship

  • Non-refundable once purchased.


Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

We are not responsible for damages or stolen goods after delivery.


Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, the customer will be responsible for all chargeback fees.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
